In the course of our dealings with you, North Avenue may directly or indirectly collect sensitive or personal information about our clients, businesses we deal with, their employees or individuals for the purposes of service delivery. 

Wherever necessary we will seek informed consent to handle and disclose this information.

If we are unable to collect this information we may be unable to collect the required information and undertake service delivery to the required standard.

Individuals should be aware that their not agreeing to provide consent for the provision and handling of personal information could possibly impact on their ability to access items such as weekly benefits or could impact on the progress of their claim. North Avenue will advise of this if the situation arises. Potential impacts will be discussed by North Avenue, however any such decisions are not the responsibility of North Avenue.

• Where we reasonably believe that the use or disclosure is reasonably necessary for prevention, investigation, prosecution and punishment of crimes or wrongdoings or the preparation for, or conduct of, proceedings before any court or tribunal or the implementation of court or tribunal orders or on  behalf of an enforcement body.

We may also collect anonymous information which assists with planning and implementing service delivery, for example information about visitors to our website.

If you collect information on our behalf we expect that you will adhere to the National Privacy Principles. Ongoing sevice delivery is contingent upon your commitment to abiding by appropriate protocols including relevant Acts and Regulations.
