FOUNDER PROFILE
North Avenue has been brought to life by its Founder, Lucinda Smith. Our brand and work is important to us, so North Avenue is trademarked. Leveraging 20 years (it's a long time, we know) of experience and expertise built across Capability, People Risk and Governance, we understand the importance of agility, responsiveness, quality, and value. Not just important, they're essential.
It's fair to say that Lucinda is a hybrid professional (by design) having deep knowledge and expertise, and proud of it.
Qualifications
Knowledge is important. It underpins the advice that North Avenue gives and the areas of work that we do. And this is quality advice, leveraging and backed by a comprehensive suite of qualifications held by Lucinda. Here at North Avenue we have a range of special interest areas that we focus our energies on. We don't try to be everything to everyone, and we don't pretend that we are. Fundamentally, we write, and we communicate to understand a problem or challenge and to chart a course forward. Our work in medicolegal assessments has us cross paths with some vulnerable people (not uncommonly from non-English speaking backgrounds), and we with business professionals.
